The purpose of the Karate for Christ ministry is to share the love of Christ and glorify God through instruction in the martial arts. The ministry helps individuals to grow spiritually, through a personal relationship with Christ; physically, with increased strength, speed, endurance, and overall health; and mentally, with greater concentration, self-confidence, self-discipline and humility.

Karate for Christ instructs students from age 6 to adult in American Kenpo Karate and Modern Arnis in an encouraging environment. While traditional martial arts instruction focuses on eastern mysticism and philosophy, Karate for Christ teaches Christian principles and disciplines through brief Bible lessons at the start of each class. To understand this fundamental difference in focus, please read the paper written by the late Sensei Rob Eades entitled "Martial Arts and Christianity: The One, Two Combination".
