Step 1

  • Step toward 6:00 with your left foot to form a right neutral bow stance
  • Deliver a right hammering inward block towards 10:30 behind opponent’s left elbow
  • Chamber your left hand

Step 2

  • Collapse your right arm across the top of your opponent’s arms, checking horizontally
  • Pivot clockwise into a right forward bow stance to create a bracing angle
  • Deliver a left vertical thrust punch down into your opponent's stomach, halting his motion forward and bending him over

Step 3

  • Collapse your left arm across the top of your opponent’s arms, checking horizontally
  • Pivot counterclockwise into a right neutral bow stance, and (optionally) shuffle forward to 12:00
  • Deliver a right outward whipping back knuckle strike

Step 4

  • Cover out toward 12:00
