Step 1 - Establish Your Base

  • Deliver a right hammering inward block to your opponent’s right bicep, deadening his right arm

Step 2 - Reduce Opponent’s Height

  • Twist back into a right cat stance, keeping your hands in their current position.
  • Deliver a right hammering inward block to your opponent’s right bicep, deadening his right arm

Step 3

  • Plant your right foot forward at 12:00 forming a right neutral bow stance.
  • As you land, deliver a right snapping outward downward diagonal hand sword strike to the right side of the attacker’s neck.

Step 4

  • Cover out toward 6:00
